Ruthann grew up in funeral service
and studied art before following in her father's footsteps, by becoming a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer.
She attended American Academy - McAllister Institute of Funeral Service and is a graduate of Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science. Her journey has led to many roles in helping the bereaved:

Celebrant services for varied faith
and non-faith backgrounds.
Ruthann's creation of MemoriaLeaf has
brought all her efforts to the core of her heart - caring for the bereaved and giving them the opportunity to be seen, heard, and comforted.
She also offers support to Habitat for Humanity, victims of Domestic Violence, as well as faith-based support programs for women in need, and those dealing with loss.
She lives on a mountainside with her husband, Tom, and enjoys the sights and sounds of nature right outside the door.

He is our steady supporter and greeter of customers at events - most regularly at national-level meet-ups.
He lives on the mountain with 'Miss Ruthann', enjoys cajun cooking, hunting and fishing and is the face of Habitat for Humanity's ReStore in Washington, NJ.
His epic moustache is his calling card.
